There are many features and attachments that make the sand hand work so well and diversified to fit any application.
DIVERSE
It speeds up the removal of excess water by tipping the filter sock to a 90* angle without losing sand to get a faster more accurate sand weight.
ACCURATE
The scales are custom made for simplicity: lbs only, durability: strong, weighs up to 660 lbs and weather resistant, stays running with a solar powered digital scale monitor in an inclosed, explosion proof box for class 1 Division 2 and intrinsically safe load cell and circuit for class 1 Division 1.

What you are seeing in this short video is: To the right our tank mount unit mounted on a fake tank with windows, so you can see how our equipment works. Towards the back in the center our pit unit mounted on a fake berm with a hopper that normally goes to an earth pit, but here it goes to the fake tank, The rest of the equipment is flowback equipment supplied by the flowback company doing the well test. The sand and water is a simulation of the slurry that has been extracted from the flowing well with the flowback equipment and then sent through our sand hands for final sand quantification and weighing. Normally the slurry would go to a tank mount unit or a pit unit but not both, this is for demonstration purposes only.
The introductory video has given you the concept but it really hasn’t begun to show all the benefits or answer all the questions. With the virtual reality show trailer we can bring the location right to the office parking lot or a yard.
We give a thorough virtual reality demo to everyone involved. We would appreciate it if you could invite the decision makers, company men, safety, engineers, billing and any one else that may have questions, concerns, or involvement in the implementation of the Sand Hand.
They get to see the different applications and how it works. The safety team gets to see the safety benefits, and have a chance to inspect it before they are put on locations. We will go over our safety program along with your company’s requirements, we will go over what to expect from us from start to finish. We discuss what our customers do to get the most savings and benefits out of the sand hand. We go over the numbers how and who we can invoice through.

SPECIFICATIONS
The Sand Hand has been engineered to safely handle the task it has been designed for. The Sand Hand is considered open ended. With 3.14sq inches of inlet (2” 1502) for max line volume and pressure to enter and a total of 17 sq inches of outlet (6” pipe) for max working volume and pressure to exit. There is 784.8 cubic inches of area inside the Sand Hand (10” schedule 40 pipe) to allow the max amount of sand and water slurry, slurry with a displacement of gas, or straight gas from the dump line to enter the sand hand and be instantly reduced to working pressure.
